The Trimmed system uses aluminum snap-trim and is designed for rough openings and requires a minimum 5" wall return. Both systems are available in the same six product types (sliding, swing, conference room, pivot, barn, and glass wall) and the same finishes. All Linea Motion door systems are available in two standard commercial-grade finishes: Powder Coated Matte Black and Clear Anodized Silver. Linea Motion doors use 1/4" glass as standard. Glass type and treatment can be specified to meet project requirements including clear, frosted, tinted, and decorative options such as custom vinyl designs and room numbers. Aluminum interior door systems offer several advantages over steel: significantly lighter weight for easier operation and installation, natural corrosion resistance without painting or coating, thinner frame profiles for maximum glass area and cleaner sightlines, and easier field modification. All Linea Motion doors are delivered pre-glazed and ready to install. There is no field glazing required, which reduces installation time and eliminates a common source of on-site errors. Requirements depend on the system. The ThinWall system mounts directly to finished walls or glass panels and does not require a wall return. The Trimmed system requires a minimum 5" wall return for mounting the snap-trim surround. Both systems accommodate standard commercial construction tolerances. Yes. Linea Motion's products are manufactured in Omaha, Nebraska, and ship to commercial projects across the United States. Our doors are crated for protected freight and arrive as complete pre-glazed assemblies. For projects outside the Midwest, we coordinate with the general contractor on freight, delivery scheduling, and installation references.

Standard maximum panel size is 60" wide by 120" tall. Maximum dimensions vary by product line and door type sliding doors, swing doors, and glass walls each have their own structural limits. Yes. Custom sizes, custom finishes (beyond stock Matte Black and Clear Anodized Silver), custom glass specifications (vinyl designs, frosted, laminate insert), and custom hardware integrations are all engineered on request.
