The fastest way to lose a schedule is to specify a finish product that argues with the wall it's going into. Linea Motion's two product lines are designed for the two opening conditions you actually encounter on site finished and rough with the tolerances built in to match.

Two systems, no field rework

• ThinWall finished openings. Up to 3/4" of built-in adjustment absorbs the typical variance between drywall plans and reality.
• Trimmed rough openings. Aluminum snap-trim covers the rough perimeter; the trim itself accommodates standard opening variance without precision-trimming the wall.

What ships, and how it ships

• Each opening arrives as a complete pre-glazed assembly frame, panel, hardware, glass.
• Crated for protected freight; uncrate-to-install in one trade.
• Installation typically runs single-trade (no separate glazier required).
• Hardware and finishes match the spec on the box; no field selection.

Lead times

Standard lead time on stock-finish doors is 4–8 weeks from approved drawings. Custom finishes, custom sizes, and custom glazing add 2–4 weeks. We hold inventory of common extrusions and stock finishes; if your schedule is tight, tell us at the bid stage and we’ll confirm.

Serviceability matters

The Trimmed system was specifically designed so panels and trim can be removed and reinstalled without damaging surrounding finishes. That matters when the building’s a year old and someone needs to move a wall, swap glass, or pull hardware.

Working with Linea Motion

• Bid stage: we'll review the spec set and confirm the take-off matches our system. Submitting RFIs early avoids surprises at install.
• Submittals: shop drawings, finish samples, glazing data standard turnaround is one to two weeks after PO.
• Install: we'll provide installation references and remote support for the first opening; most installers handle the rest without further training.
• Punch: doors are pre-glazed and shipped as complete assemblies, so punch list items are typically limited to surface marks and adjustments.
